Luggage

The coin lockers are full

THE NEXT STEP

Check one nearby locker area, then ask for a staffed luggage-storage counter. Before paying, confirm the bag size, closing time and whether you can collect it before your train.

Do this now

  1. Look at the station map for another locker area or luggage counter. Avoid leaving the paid area without checking whether your ticket allows it.
  2. At a counter or booking service, confirm today’s space, accepted size, price and the exact collection deadline.
  3. Keep the key, IC card, QR receipt or booking reference safe. Note the station, exit, floor and locker number before leaving.

Which situation are you in?

I need the bag today

Choose storage that stays open until you return. Delivery may not be a suitable same-day substitute.

I cannot find my locker

Use your receipt and any location photo. Ask staff for the operator’s contact details.

I lost the key or receipt

Contact the locker operator shown on the machine. Staff may require identification and proof of contents.
